A virtual or green agency is an agency that allows you the agent
to work from anywhere! All you need is a compute or phone with an internet

Is there a minimum commitment or closing qouta?
No, you can transfer anytime.
Do you expect anything from me? meetings,managers,minimums?
You do not need to attend meetings. You can work with regular buyers
and sellers. You can use your own brand, sell your own rehabs
and assign off-market contracts, so long as you follow
local rules/regulations and standard firm policies/procedures.
Do you provide an office?
No. Agents work from their personal office or from their
home. We believe in giving our agents more of their hard earned
real estate commissions, as opposed to paying for unnecessary office space.
